Overview

We stood up a from-scratch salon brand and the systems to run it: public site, online booking, payments, HR onboarding/W-9, payroll, revenue tracking, and an internal chat. The target was fast opening with professional polish—no duct-taped tools, no DM scheduling.

We mapped the whole flow (discovery → brand kit → site/app → booking → payment → payroll/reporting), then built a small component library so pages stay consistent. Operations live behind roles and hardened sessions; client data and HR docs are kept private and auditable.
